Wonderful Walliams - Colchester Castle 12.02.2024

What a brilliant day of learning we have experienced today! We have learnt lots about the history of the Roman town of Colchester and also had the opportunity to learn how to build our own roundhouses and Roman villas. The children could answer lots of questions all about the rise and fall of the Roman Empire and I was so impressed with how much knowledge they had remembered and even applied to the whole day itself. Well done to you all! 

A massive thank you to our parent helpers without you the day would not have been possible. I have attached some pictures below of all the fun things we learnt about/experienced on our trip!
