Tolkien Class Update

We have had another fantastic week in Tolkien Class! 

From working like scientists to determine how much force was required to move objects, to deciding whether Anglo Saxons laws were fair or unfair, we have been non stop this week. We have written chacter and setting descriptions inspired by our new writing topic - The Hobbit. We have all moved onto multiplication and division in maths and I even had the pleasure of teaching the class a netball lesson on Monday. 

We have covered French phonics and started learning food and drink and we finished the week with a full afternoon of Harvest Festival assessmbly practise. We cannot wait to show you all what hard work we have put into the school's first performance of the year.
