What another fantastic week we have had at school! The whole class have continued to work hard in maths learning about fractions and in English, have begun a narrative writing unit about the story, "Embarked" from Literacy Shed. If they have come home talking about the video, it is available to watch on YouTube so you can see for yourselves what a heartwarming tale it is! 

In science this week, we explored the outside learning environment including the forested area searching for any living things that had habitats there. We discovered plenty of slugs and snails, ladybirds, woodlice, and even a rather large spider. The class concluded the lesson by writing interesting fact files on one of those invertebrates.
