Delightful Dahl 03.10.25
Date: 3rd Oct 2025 @ 4:15pm
Dahl class have been busy with a range of exciting and engaging lessons this week. In science, we explored the processes of evaporation and condensation, and even set up a fair test to find out whether fresh water or sea water evaporates the quickest. We made sure everything was as fair as possible by keeping all other factors the same — now we just have to wait and see what the results tell us! Everyone had brilliant ideas and predictions, and we’re looking forward to discovering if we were right.
In history, we took a deep dive into the Olympics, comparing how they began in Ancient Greece to how they are celebrated around the world today. It was fascinating to see both the similarities and the differences! We also continued building our coding skills using Scratch, designing animations and learning how to make things interact. In French, we’ve been practising how to describe where things are in our classroom using position words — très bien! It’s been a packed week full of learning and fun, and we can’t wait to see what’s coming up next.
