In Computing, we explored how QR codes work and even had a go at creating our own. The class designed clever clues that linked to QR codes for a treasure hunt, and the level of imagination was brilliant. Everyone worked hard to make sure their codes were clear, scannable, and linked to interesting hints. This week, we also carried out our school talent show auditions, and I have to say—I was blown away by the courage and talent on display. It takes bravery to stand up in front of others, and every single person who auditioned should feel incredibly proud.

In DT, we took on the delicious challenge of making banana bread, and the results were absolutely fantastic! Not only did the class follow the recipe with care and precision, but they also produced some amazing advertisement posters to go with their creations. The posters were colourful, persuasive, and eye-catching—worthy of a real bakery display. I was really impressed with the effort that went into both the baking and the design work.
