Flying through first week!

What a fantastic first week back for Summer term we have had!

In English, the children have been learning about Sir David Attenborough and writing very interesting and informative biographies about him. 

For our first History lesson, learning about Benin Kingdom, the class created a timeline of events and we discussed which events were part of their "Early Stage", "Golden Age" and "Period of Decline". I know everyone is fascinated to find out how and why Benin Kingdom ceased to exist.

Well done to everyone for coming back to school with such fantastic attitudes!
