End of the school year goodbye

Dear Seuss Class Parents and Carers,

I wanted to say a heartfelt thank you for the wonderful cards, kind gifts, and thoughtful messages that both Mrs Mitchell and I have received this week. We have been truly overwhelmed by your generosity and kindness – you even brought a tear to our eyes.

Seuss Class, it has been my absolute pleasure to be your teacher this year. I have enjoyed every single moment. As we discovered during our teacher quiz yesterday, you have all got to know me just as well as I have got to know each of you. Forgetting where I put my pens – and the day my pen exploded – certainly seemed to be highlights of the year!

Keep shining brightly like the superstars you are. You are such a special class, and one that I will never forget. I cannot wait to see all the amazing things you will go on to do in Year 4.
